School on Infrared Technology
The School on Infrared Technology is part of the Workshop on Infrared Technology and is intended to raise interest of graduate and undergraduate students in the strategic field of devices operating in the mid infrared region of the electromagnetic spectrum.
The event consists of short courses and laboratory demonstrations. There will also be equipment exhibition available to all participants.
The students will be given the opportunity to present a poster with their own research work and discuss with colleagues and invited speakers.

Escola em Tecnologia de Infravermelho
The School on Infrared Technology decorrerá durante o Workshop on Infrared Technology e pretende despertar o interesse de alunos de pós-graduação e graduação para a área de dispositivos que operam na faixa do infravermelho médio do espectro eletromagnético.
Para o evento estão programados minicursos e demonstrações práticas. Também haverá exposição de equipamentos para todos os participantes.
Os alunos terão a oportunidade de apresentar pôster sobre seu trabalho de pesquisa e debater com colegas e palestrantes convidados.

III Seminar on Infrared Technology
December 8-9, 2011

The III Seminar on Infrared Technology is a national event which aims to get together the sectors from the civilian and military communities involved on infrared research and development.
Since infrared technology is considered a strategic subject, the enrollment will be restricted to the guests of the Brazilian Army Technology Center (CTEx), like the last editions.
The Seminar will have lectures and demonstrations about the employability of the infrared spectrum in both cases: military and civilian environments.
